There were only a few people in the building, mainly employees who were all very nice and accommodating. We came here for the very first time on 6/9/20 as it was my daughters 8th birthday. (only $30) But honestly, just go to like Qzar (if you want to play laser tag) or Dave & Busters lol. And if you decide to visit as a customer, the 2 hr unlimited is the best tbh unless youre not staying for long, because I promise you that you might spend more than you planned. Long story short, if you decide to work here good luck. I think the major issue is honestly management. I rarely got to meet the owners, however they seemed nice.

Some employees would also be under the influence sometimes or do inappropriate things at work. The job itself was just super funky and I wouldnt recommend working here. They seemed to care more about me wanting to leave on time than her being late because of the, as I said, favoritism. I shouldnt be responsible for her being late each time. They could have fixed this issue by taking care of the front until she got there and letting me leave. It wasnt just a one-time thing, it was a regular. They called me out for always wanting to leave early, however they never said anything to the same girl who would come in late each time. And when I had told the manager that I had to go and that I was going to leave at my scheduled time she then laughed and said I couldnt leave and to just wait for her. The general manager knew less over how parties worked than the party manager, however, shouldnt she be aware of every position and aspect of the job? Back to the favoritism part, the same favorites would come in late and Id have to wait over 30 minutes most times for them to fill in for me at front desk.

They were also really suspicious with the tips at times, either losing them or not having any. I didnt mind putting my phone away, but the idea was childish. Instead of treating everyone as if theyre children, why dont you just get rid of those that cant do their job properly and stay on their phones? This is a work environment with ADULTS, not elementary school. They took phones away because of mistakes from the employees that were favored, however only enforced it on everyone else. There was no trust in the employees and I felt like a child working there. Manager would always blame workers for issues they either couldnt control or were her own. Employees that had terrible work ethic and attitude were fine doing the bare minimum while others that truly cared about their position and worked hard never satisfied the manager enough. Favoritism was a huge thing I noticed from the short time I worked there. The manager never contacted me directly for anything. I worked here for not too long and Im glad I didnt.
